2 oz fresh ginger or 2 bulbs garlic, Crighton Farm or Clubhouse Gardens

Store: Keep apples in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator.

Store: Keep potatoes in a brown paper bag and store at 45 – 50 degrees. Potatoes can also be refrigerated.

Store: Keep leeks in a plastic bag in your refrigerator.
