Polenta or Cornmeal
Grower: Weatherbury Farm
Store: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, and to extend shelf life, store polenta/cornmeal in the refrigerator.

Store: Refrigerate in a plastic bag. To freeze, (1) wash, peel, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes, (2) blanch for 2 minutes and then place quickly into ice water, (3) drain off excess moisture, place in freezer bag or other airtight container, (4) freeze immediately.

Butternut Squash or Delicata Squash

Store: Winter squash can be stored on your counter top, no need to refrigerate. For best results, use within two weeks.
