 2 oz. pea shoots, Crighton Farm**
 3# red or white potatoes, Blue Goose Farm (CNG) or Weeping Willow Farm
 1# parsnips, Tuscarora Organic Growers (OG)
 1/2# popcorn, Hostetler Farm
 dilly beans, Penn’s Corner Farm Alliance
 1# butternut or delicata squash, Blue Goose Farm (CNG) or River View Farm (OG)**

**Some members will receive apple butter in place of the pea shoots and strawberry jam in place of the squash

OG = Certified Organic, CNG = Certified Naturally Grown 

**This week’s VEGAN share will substitute salanova for the buttercup cheese.

**This week’s GLUTEN-FREE share will substitute salanova for the polenta/cornmeal.

Store: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, and to extend shelf life, store polenta/cornmeal in the refrigerator.

Pea Shoots

Grower: Crighton Farm

Store: Refrigerate as you would other greens.

Store: Store in a cool, dry, dark location.

Grower: Tuscarora Organic Growers Coop

Store: Refrigerate in a  plastic bag. To freeze, (1) wash, peel, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes, (2) blanch for 2 minutes and then place quickly into ice water, (3) drain off excess moisture, place in freezer bag or other airtight container, (4) freeze immediately.

Hydroponic Lettuce

Store: Refrigerate in a plastic bag.

Store: Refrigerate after opening.

Store: Store in a cool, dry place.

Store: Winter squash can be stored on your counter top, no need to refrigerate. For best results, use within two weeks.
