2015 Spring CSA Share Week #5

Here are a few pictures from Crighton Farm in Prospect, PA where the bok choy found in this week’s shares was grown. Some of the microgreens, pea shoots and lettuce you received in earlier boxes were also grown by the Crightons. The Crightons have been farming for over 20 years and grow quite a variety of produce and flowers for our CSA, as well as for some of the finest restaurants in Pittsburgh.
