2014-15 Winter CSA Share Week #7

Throughout this long, cold winter we’ve been able to include beautiful fresh lettuce in every CSA box thanks to the hard work of Monty and Akemi Hoffman of Harmony Grove Farm.  Some of the Penn’s Corner staff had the opportunity to visit their farm last week and it felt much like traveling to a tropical oasis, despite the large accumulation of snow on the ground.  Take a look at some of the incredible sights.
