Store:  If greens are attached, remove and place bulbs and greens in separate plastic bags in the refrigerator.  Both parts are edible.

Store:  Allow firm, unripe pears to ripen at room temperature.  Once they are ripe they may be refrigerated for about 5 days.

Store:  Kept loosely wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator celeriac will last up to several weeks.

Store:  Keep potatoes in a cool, dark, dry place with plenty of air circulation, away from onions, garlic or shallots.

Store:  Butternut squash do not need to be refrigerated.  Store them in a cool, dry place.  Butternut squash can be stored for up to six months.

Nu Way Farm

Store:  Red kuri squash do not need to be refrigerated.  Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight where they may last for up to three months.
